Mini Pear Tarts

A few months ago I was sent a new air fryer cook book – I Love My Air Fryer Baking Book. Since this time of year is usually very apple-centered, I wanted to try the mini pear tart recipe.

The recipe called for:

• puff pastry
• bartlett pears
• brown sugar
• egg
• nutmeg
• honey
• sliced almonds

The recipe was pretty easy to follow! I definitely could’ve made them look a little prettier, but they still tasted so good!
