Cranberry Walnut Bread

For Christmas, we got my dad a bread machine. My parents have been making all kinds of bread since then and recently I made a super delicious cranberry walnut bread with my mom. There used to be a bakery that my dad would get cranberry walnut bread from when he still worked in the city. And there’s a bakery/cafe in Cape Cod that we always get multiple loaves from when we go up there. This homemade one is so good and I think even measures up to the professional ones!

For the bread we used:

• dried cranberries
• walnuts
• orange zest
• bread flour
• milk
• brown sugar
• salt
• yeast
